These accomplished individuals bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to SOHRI, and will be instrumental in guiding the organization's mission to promote and protect human rights around the world.

Sweden - May 8, 2023 - The Swedish Observatory for Human Rights Information (SOHRI) officially launches today, with a distinguished Board of Directors that includes human rights activists, lawyers, and journalists from around the world.
Sweden: It is time to remind ourselves and the Swedish government of the case of the two Egyptians – 21 years later, we are on the same road.
The Swedish Observatory for Human Rights Information is concerned about the current deportations from Sweden to Turkey and the Swedish government’s continuous violation of international law.
Tell Sweden: Stop the NATO deportation of refugees and asylum-seekers to Turkey!
In its bid to join NATO, Sweden has begun deporting Kurdish asylum-seekers to Turkey, where they face imprisonment and torture. The Swedish Observatory for Human Rights Information calls on Sweden to stop the deportations now!
